PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the SupercarSensation website.

PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Any personal information provided to SupercarSensation is strictly protected, and is not disseminated for any purposes, including any sale or transference to persons and/or entities outside of SupercarSensation.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.

Some of the functions of the SupercarSensation website requires you to log into an account.  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SupercarSensation immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. SupercarSensation will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you are held liable for losses incurred by SupercarSensation or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.

As a condition of your use of the information on the SupercarSensation website, you will not use the information for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, agreements, and notices. You may not use any information expressed through this website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any SupercarSensation server, or the network(s) connected to any SupercarSensation server, or interfere with any other party's use, enjoyment, and productivity arising from use of information and the associated technology used to view said information.  You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any information, computer systems or networks connected to any SupercarSensation server or to any associated vendors, through hacking, password mining or any other means. SupercarSensation has no obligation to monitor the accounts established.  However, SupercarSensation reserves the right to review materials posted to the accounts and to remove any materials and/or users in its sole discretion. SupercarSensation reserves the right to terminate your access to the website at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

SupercarSensation reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as SupercarSensation deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in SupercarSensation’s sole discretion.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND HIGH-ROCK RACEWAY

ALTHOUGH EVERY ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE TO AVOID DELAY IN PROVIDING SUPERCARSENATION MEMBERS WITH ACCESS TO THE HIGH-ROCK RACEWAY AND ITS ASSOCIATED AMENITIES, SUPERCARSENSATION WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DELAYS AND/OR CANCELLATIONS IN THE BULDING OF THE HIGH-ROCK RACEWAY.  NO REFUNDS OR OTHER COVENANTS WILL BE MADE IN REPUTATION FOR THE INABILITY TO USE ANY OFFERINGS SET FORTH BY THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT.  SUPERCARSENSATION MAINTAINS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY OF ITS’ OFFERINGS UNDER THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, AND ENTERS INTO AGREEMENT SUCH THAT NO WARRANTIES ARE MADE IN REGARDS TO PROVIDING STATED SERVICES.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed upon this day, and is hereby enforced as an executed legal agreement.
